It all started with a step…
I’ve never been into traditional cardio—spending forever on a treadmill or forcing myself to go for a run just wasn’t my thing. Runner’s high? Never experienced it. But then I found step, and it was a total game-changer. I fell in love! A 50-minute class burns up to 600 calories, gets you 5,000 steps (depending on the routine) and leaves you feeling amazing.
