My goal is to empower women and

help them feel confident in a gym setting.

I’ve been a personal trainer & group fitness instructor for two years now, but my journey started with a simple goal: to share my love for step classes. I was passionate about step and wanted others to enjoy it as much as I did. Over time, the women in my classes began asking for more, and I decided to expand my offerings. It’s funny because I never saw myself working in fitness, even though it has been a significant part of my life for so long. I often felt like I didn’t fit the ‘typical’ mold and faced my own personal battles along the way.

But as I began helping women feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin, I discovered how much I truly enjoyed it. Seeing others succeed and grow became my biggest reward. That’s why I intentionally keep my classes small—I love the personal connections, answering questions, and giving each participant my full attention.

At heart, I’m a teacher, and I value creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome while working toward their goals. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about building confidence, fostering community, and helping each woman feel her best.


I want to support women in building a sustainable and healthy lifestyle they can truly embrace. I take the time to connect with each woman individually, understanding her unique goals, challenges, and strengths.

My groups are always small because I want to be there for everyone—cheering you on, helping you crush your goals, and maybe sharing a few laughs along the way.
